そして、なんと言っても焙煎で使用される備長炭の効果は絶大。遠赤外線と近赤外線で焙煎するため、豆の細胞が壊れにくく独特な【嫌味】が出ません。低温でじっくりと焙煎することで豆本来の旨みを引き出します。
そして、炭火焼き独特なスモーキーな香りが、より珈琲の味わいを引き立ててくれます。
